Predominately, these skills have been in acquired within Automotive Retailing for brands such as Audi UK, Ford, BMW, Peugeot and Citroen. Our supply chain mechanisms and customer support skills have also been developed through the Retail Sports Industry to organisations including The Football Association, The Rugby Football League and MUFC Ltd. Given that our Customer Support Centre Infrastructure (CSCI) attributed to the majority of our business success, the company decided to open this area of our business and expertise as a commercial proposition in 2009, extending our customer support and contact centre to new commercial partners. The result was the birth of 'One Call Automotive Solutions' (OCAS), with a desire to be one of the leading providers of specialist out-sourced customer contact in the UK within 3 years.
